  Please note that your reservation is not complete until you have spoken with a Louisville Science Center representative. We cannot guarantee that the dates and activities you have requested will be available. We will contact you within two business days of receipt of your request. Once you have booked your Field Trip or program, a confirmation and comprehensive pre-visit package will be sent to you. Final changes to your reservation may be made up to one day prior to your scheduled visit.

   

  Classes and labs must be scheduled as an upgrade to an exhibit package and booked 2 weeks in advance of visit date. Due to the purchase of specialized supplies, cancellation fees may incur.

   

  You are responsible for the total amount due listed on your confirmation. One payment for the total amount due must be made upon arrival. Science Center memberships are not valid for group visits. NO SEPARATE PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN. Louisville Science Center accepts cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, or a completed Purchase Order.
